1. Service Area

Kiara Basket currently delivers within the Mont Kiara area only. Orders placed outside the service area will not be fulfilled.

2. Payment

All orders must be paid in full via DuitNow or Touch 'n Go before delivery. Your order will only be processed upon payment confirmation.

3. Delivery Slots

Delivery slots are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel deliveries due to supplier unavailability, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Affected customers will be notified via WhatsApp.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a substitution or partial refund.

5. Pricing

Prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of your order will be honoured.
